Dusty travelers trickle in from their surreal voyages to Black Rock City, but this particular couple traded sandstorms for seating charts as they shifted their focus from Burning Man to their impending wedding. Just one year ago, Jordan Henderson got down on one knee, with the ephemeral Man in the background, to ask Bronwyn Adams-Cohen if she was ready to make both of our dreams come true.
Both Los Angeles natives, Bronwyn and Jordan run Planet Froth Productions, a message-first media company. They’ve merged their talents in producing and art direction to craft the perfect love story via their storybook wedding here in Los Gatos.
Drawn in by the redwoods, they set their sights on Nestldown as the venue and quickly fell in love with the unmistakable beauty of the area. It was important for them to incorporate local businesses into their weekend-long festivities.
From gift cards to Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Company, to a rehearsal dinner at Testarossa Winery, and even a silent disco at Loma Brewing Company, the couple has woven local businesses throughout their special weekend, taking their guests on a journey through Los Gatos and inviting them to experience the community that has become such a meaningful part of their celebration.
The wedding itself pulls in elements of fantasy, folklore and nature. Falling under the coinciding Harvest Moon and Equilux, the ceremony draws on the symbolism of balance in nature as they begin their next chapter.
A year ago, they left the desert engaged. On Sept. 25, they’ll leave the redwoods married—and Los Gatos will forever be part of their love story.
