A man was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery on a peace officer, two people stole packages from a porch on Christmas Eve, and the holiday season, once again, wasn't free from cases of people driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sunday, Nov. 30
A traffic hazard was reported at 12:38am on East Main Street and Pleasant Street. A red Ford truck was blocking the roadway and appeared to have a flat tire.
